Heat Belt Warranty and Replacement Policy
1. Introduction
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for warranty, acceptance, and non-acceptance of heat belts under warranty claims, doorstep replacement. It applies to all heat belt products covered under the specified warranty period.
2. Causes of Product Issues
Below are the common causes of product issues that may or may not be covered under warranty depending on the condition of the piece:
- Sharply folded heat belt
- Damaged product – Cord wire cut, open at the ends
- PVC damage due to both-side cover use (overheating)
- Grip cap damage
- PVC burn due to pressure
- Product mismatch with warranty card
- Product not working
- Wire puncture
- LED not glowing but product functioning
- OK product (no defect found)
- Missing parts
- Burnt components
- Rolled pieces
- Torn pieces
- Stretched wire
- Expired product
3. What is Covered Under Warranty?
The following defects/issues will be covered under the warranty if they occur within the warranty period:
- Product not working (reported within the warranty period after receiving the product).
- Wire puncture due to electrical fault.
- LED not glowing but product still functioning.
4. What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
The following issues are not covered under the warranty and will not be eligible for replacement:
- Sharply folded heat belt.
- Damage due to mishandling (cord wire cut, open ends, stretched wire).
- PVC damage due to improper use (overheating, pressure burns, external damage).
- Grip cap damage.
- Product mismatch with the warranty card.
- Product deemed OK with no defects.
- Missing parts.
- Burnt pieces due to external factors.
- Rolled or torn pieces.
- Expired product.
5. Replacement
Eligible for Replacement:
- Wire puncture due to a manufacturing defect.
- Burnt product due to coil break.
- Burn due to overheating caused by internal defects.
6. Warranty Limitations
- The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- Claims must be made within this period with a valid proof of purchase.
7. Terms & Conditions
- Customers must retain the warranty card and purchase invoice for claim validation.
- Doorstep pickup and replacement will be provided within 7 working days from date of warranty claim.
- Products with visible physical damage due to mishandling will not be accepted under warranty.
- The decision for replacement is at the discretion of the company after product evaluation.
- Customers must return the defective product for inspection before a replacement is issued.
- The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper usage or external factors beyond its control.
